Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This is a starting draft, accurate to what this site currently does — it is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with your jurisdiction and visitor base (e.g. GDPR if you have EU visitors, CCPA for California, India's DPDP Act) before launch.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We don't require an account, and we don't collect payment information — this site doesn't process transactions.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend, our email delivery provider, and are not sold, rented, or shared with any other third party.

Cookies and analytics

Your theme preference (light, dark, or system) is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device. This site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance — both are cookieless and don't collect personally identifiable information.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel and sends contact-form email through Resend. If a blog post links to an external site (a portfolio case study's live site, for instance), that site's own privacy practices apply once you leave ours.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. Contact us (below) if you'd like a submission deleted sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by reaching out through our contact page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
